South African celebrity chef, Reuben Riffel opened his first restaurant to immediate acclaim in Franschhoek in 2004. In 2010 he debuted his first urban restaurant at One&Only Cape Town. The restaurant has a sophisticated yet unfussy brasserie feel with deceptively simple, wholesome bistro fare. Expect an exciting combination of local flavours, generous portions, and beautifully plated dishes. While never without popular favourites, the menu is adapted daily to include the finest, freshest seasonal ingredients.
