The Rupert Museum showcases the unique private art collection of Anton Rupert and his wife, Huberte. Arguably, it contains the premier collection of contemporary South African art for the period 1940 - 1970. You'll find more than 350 works mainly paintings, international sculptures, and modern French tapestries. The museum is situated in the historic town of Stellenbosch amid many world famous wine estates and fine dining restaurants.
